NFAF Preferred Exhibit Booth $1300 Price stated is per one 8’ draped table in a 10’ x 10’ space. All other furniture, electrical service, and other services are at additional costs to the exhibitor. Preferred spaces are shaded areas on exhibit hall layout.
NFAF Standard Exhibit Booth $1200 Please see above. Standard spaces are non-shaded areas on exhibit hall layout.
Official Event T-Shirt $12000 Exhibitor’s graphic will appear in a one-color imprint on the back of the t-shirt.
Volunteer T-Shirt $4000 See above t-shirt sponsorship details.
Event Lanyard $4000 Two options: 1.) For a fee of $4000 we will purchase lanyards that will include your graphic, printed continuously on one side of the lanyard in a one-color print. 2.) You may provide the lanyards needed for the event at your own expense.

3-on-3 T-Shirt (Exclusive Sponsorship) $4000 See above t-shirt sponsorship details. The rights to exclusive sponsorship must be purchased by February 1, 2008 and include sole sponsorship of the t-shirt.
3-on-3 T-Shirt (Principal Sponsorship) $2000 Principal sponsorship is subject to availability and contingent upon the absence of an exclusive sponsorship. Principal sponsor’s graphic will appear in a primary location on the t-shirt. Call for details.
3-on-3 T-Shirt (Subsidiary Sponsorship) $500 Subsidiary sponsorship is subject to availability and contingent upon the absence of an exclusive sponsorship. Subsidiary sponsor’s graphic will appear in a secondary location on the t-shirt. There may be multiple subsidiary sponsors. Call for details.
3-on-3 Basketballs $1000 Exhibitor’s graphic will appear in a one-color imprint on each basketball used during the tournament.
Category Sponsorships Prices will vary. Category sponsorship includes a banner in the room, a sign & table outside the room as well as recognition for sponsorship in the official program. Prices will vary depending upon the individual categories requested. Sponsorship is subject to availability and approval.
Pre-Service Media Slides $350 Slides will run on a continuous multi-media presentation loop before each of the evening services.
Web Banner Advertisement $400 Ads will be placed on the pages of the Fine Arts Results web site and will run throughout the week of the festival and the week following the event.
30 Second Video $500 This price is per 30 seconds of video and will run in the main exhibit hall on the results monitors throughout the entire week in a continuous video loop during the day.


Additional Information
  1. Ads will not be reserved over the phone or without payment.
  2. The 2008 FAF Decorator Packet will be available by March 1, 2008 and must be used in order to order additional furniture, electrical items and other services.
  3. A certificate of insurance must be submitted and approved by June 6, 2008. You are not allowed to exhibit at nym events without this proof of insurance.
