Assemblies of God CAMP, CONFERENCE, and RETREAT – Accident and Sickness Medical Insurance
Eligibility: All registered youth or adult participants of a Camp, Conference or Retreat sponsored by an Assemblies of God organization. Adult staff members are also eligible.
When Covered: Insurance coverage is provided for covered Injuries or Sickness incurred while attending or participating in sponsored and supervised camp, conference or retreats of the sponsoring organization. Coverage is provided for traveling during such activities as a member of a group in transportation furnished or arranged by the sponsoring organization and traveling directly to or from the Insured’s home premises and the site of such activities.

Assemblies of God BLANKET TOUR ACCIDENT AND SICKNESS MEDICAL INSURANCE – For Organizational Trips and Tours Within the United States
Eligibility: All registered youth or adult participants of an Assemblies of God organization trip or tour program within the United States. Adult staff members are also eligible.
When Covered: Insurance coverage is provided for covered Injuries or Sickness incurred while attending or participating in an Assemblies of God organization sponsored and supervised trip or tour program within the United States. Coverage is provided for traveling during such activities as a member of a group in transportation furnished or arranged by the sponsoring organization and traveling directly to or from the Insured’s home premises and the site of such activities.

Assemblies of God BLANKET YEARLONG – Accident Medical Insurance
Eligibility: All registered youth or adult participants of an activity lasting 72 hours or less that is sponsored by an Assemblies of God organization.
When Covered: Insurance coverage is provided for covered Injuries incurred while attending or participating in sponsored and supervised activities of an Assemblies of God organization. Coverage is provided for traveling during such activities as a member of a group in transportation furnished or arranged by the Policyholder and traveling directly to or from the Insured’s home premises and the site
of such activities.
