The Word of God is filled with so many examples of God personally stepping into a generation and doing the miraculous. Can you imagine what it would have been like to watch God part the Red Sea? Scholars tell us the walls of water would have been at least 14 stories tall. Or what about when you wake up and you have no water to drink? The Bible tells us that God supernaturally caused water to gush out of a rock.

Now, mind you, remember that in that time and that context there were a couple of million victims of human trafficking who were emancipated from ancient Egypt. Not only them, but their livestock as well. God provided a river in the desert. God provided food supernaturally when he spread the desert floor with manna. God parted the Red Sea. Who in their right mind wakes up one day and just forgets that God did those things?

Well, one of the most unbelievable passages in Scripture is found in Judges chapter two and the Bible tells us another generation arose who knew not the Lord, nor the works he had done for Israel. (Judges 2:10) How does somebody grow up in a home where their mom, dad, or grandma and grandpa saw God part the Red Sea and their parents just forgot to tell their kids that? Or how does somebody watch God cause the walls of Jericho to fall down and they just failed to mention that to their teenager? The Bible's clear that a generation arose and they knew not the Lord nor any of the works he had done for Israel.

We exist in Assemblies of God National Youth Ministries to equip the church. The church is comprised of leaders, parents - both young and old - to equip the Church until all students know Jesus.

Not under our watch. There will not be a generation who rises up who does not know the Lord nor the works He has done for you and I. Why do we exist? We exist to equip the Church so that every single student in this generation personally knows Jesus and they are well acquainted with all of his works!
